Focus Spaces (General)

Description and Purpose of the "Focus Spaces" Feature

A focus space is a dedicated workspace where you bundle everything related to a specific topic, project, or matter — for example, a particular negotiation, a supplier project, or a recurring contract issue. Instead of having individual contracts, analyses, and conversations scattered across the entire workspace, you collect them in one place.

What you use it for:

  • Bundling context – the relevant contracts, documents, and notes for a matter are kept together, instead of having to be searched for individually.

  • Working with focus – you (and your team, if applicable) work specifically on the content of this space, without being distracted by the rest of the workspace.

  • Keeping track of context – especially for multi-stage processes (review → negotiation → signature), the entire history stays in one place.

Each focus space has an overview view, from which you can jump to the related content.

You open the focus spaces list via the "Focus Spaces" button in the left-hand menu ribbon. From there, you can open an existing space or create a new one.

The Legal Agent can also help you set up a new one — just let it know what topic it should be about.
