Why does my DOCX document remain almost white?

Use the document as a basis: The document currently being reviewed can serve as an ideal basis for this. It may contain many clauses from which the AI can extract new requirements and automatically formulate them.
By expanding the playbook, you ensure that the AI will identify and mark more relevant text passages in the future.
