Legartis has two dedicated areas for uploading documents, each with a clearly defined purpose:
Document review: Via the MS Word add-in ‘Legartis Legal AI Suite’ and the ‘Dashboard’ area of the Legartis web platform.
Training documents: Via the ‘Playbooks’ area of the Legartis web platform.
As customers are kept strictly separate in Legartis, your documents will never be used for other companies or for internal purposes at Legartis.
Distinguishing between document types
1. Training documents
Training documents are used exclusively for optimising and creating your own playbooks.
Use:
For creating requirements, if selected for this purpose.
For creating test sets.
Important:
They are not intended for review with the Legartis Legal AI Suite.
They are not accessible via the Legartis Legal AI Suite (Word Add-in).
They are used to improve the overall quality of your experience.
2. Review documents
Review documents are contracts that have already been analysed with Legartis.
Usage:
They are used to create test set cases for test sets of unbalanced or new requirements.
Deactivation:
If you wish to deactivate the review documents of the playbook creation, please contact the Legartis Customer Success Team.
