Usage of feedback for modification of playbook

Processing in-application feedback on playbooks

When working on a reviewing task, you have the possibility to submit feedback referring that task, such as making an exception.

The submitted feedback is reviewed regularly and is separated at triage into

  1. AI-performance related feedback

  2. playbook-related feedback

and then processed manually by the product team at Legartis.

The Legartis team will never change a playbook without consulting you first. Prior discussion is also recommended and indispensable to prevent endless changes as different users can have different opinions that are contradictory.

Submit specific change requests

If you have a specific request for a change to a playbook, the in-app feedback is not sufficient to implement the change.

Please reach out to the Legartis customer success team specifically about that issue, in an email or via the helpcenter.
