When working on a reviewing task, you have the possibility to submit feedback referring that task, such as making an exception.
The submitted feedback is reviewed regularly and is separated at triage into
AI-performance related feedback
playbook-related feedback
and then processed manually by the product team at Legartis.

playbooks | not proactively | The Legartis team will never change a playbook without consulting you first. Prior discussion is also recommended and indispensable to prevent endless changes as different users can have different opinions that are contradictory. |
Submit specific change requests
If you have a specific request for a change to a playbook, the in-app feedback is not sufficient to implement the change.
