Open the Legartis platform
Open the Legartis platform in your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.
Log in with your access data.
Click on Upload Documents in the dashboard.
Add documents and select settings
A window will open in which you can perform the following steps:
Add documents
Add one or more documents to be checked.
Permitted formats are .pdf or .docx.
Add the documents by dragging and dropping them or select them via the search function in your networks.
The selected documents will be listed below. Remove unwanted individual documents from the list using the trash can icon.
Select contract type: Select the contract type to which you are assigning these documents.
Select playbook: Select the playbook you want to use to review these documents.
Upload and check analysis status
Confirm your selection by clicking Upload. Alternatively, you can cancel the process by clicking Cancel.
Your documents will be visible in the dashboard immediately after uploading. Legartis will start checking the documents right away.
The status of the analysis is indicated by the icon in front of the document name:
Three dots in an orange circle: Analysis in progress.
Eye icon: Analysis complete.
Important: The document cannot be opened until the analysis is complete. Only after the analysis is complete can you open and edit the document.
